DIC not working after aftermarket radio install

hey guys, im new to the boards, and to my 1999 grand prix GTP. i have had the car about a week now. I just got the chance today to install my aftermarket radio. The first time i drove the car after the install i noticed my DIC is no longer working. Is this linked to the stock radio somehow or should i start checking other places? My TCS and HUD are still working, not sure if that helps any. i appreciate any help i can get :)

*edit* i should also note that a few days ago i noticed the right side seemed dimmer than usual. is it possible / likely the bulbs went? *edit*

On mine it was the bulbs that went. I guess the removal and reinstall of the trim must have finished them off. I took the DIC apart and replaced the bulbs, havn't had a problem since.
