DIC Issue

Hi Guys. I have a 2000 GTP. When I shut off the car (Key off) my DIC resets everything to zero. The only part that remains the same is the oil life index. That seems to maintain when I shut off the vehicle. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
 


...... That is normal?? My car does the same, reset everything but oil life. I doesn't do it right after I turn the key off, it takes a few seconds tho
 
Exactly. Mine is doing the same thing. It didn't always do that. It should maintain until it is reset by the user.
 
Isn't everything supposed to reset when you turn the key off? cause mine always do and I tho that was normal (except oil life)
 
No, it's not normal. Only when you go to the specific mode and hold "Reset" is it supposed to zero out.

RamAir - I checked fuses already. I'll have to look into the constant power source and see if there's something going on there....
 


Defiately not normal. Mine doesn't clear untill I press and hold reset. It would suck if it did, because my fuel guage is not working properly. Wickedly innacurate.
