Dic help

I just got a 2001 gtp it had been seating for 6 months put a new battery in and it runs great. But the dic is not working it works when I first start the car but then goes to the flashing 0.0. Traction light is on and boost is not showing any bars any help would be great thanks.
 


I have a 97, after I got a buddy to install a stereo I started having electrical problems and this same thing happened to my dic. I eventually pulled the deck out to find he had connected the wires with electrical tape and some had came off and all the bare wires were touching so I got that fixed and everything started to work right again I had to unhook the battery after that to the dic to work so I'm guessing it got short circuited. So I suggest you look for a any similar electrical gremlins fix them and reset the computer. Hopefully this helps.
 
Still not working I've checked the bearings and they are good. I don't know it turns on for about 2min then goes off any help plz
 
I was under the impression folks from Tennessee were the illiterates, as opposed to North Carolina. Learn something every day.
