Dic help

cant seem to get it lose from the dash i pulled and pulled nothing i dont want to pull to heard it seems like its a blue clamp tight thing in the way heres a pic

of the plug and blue thing

I'm not sure how to get it out, I've never seen that big of a DIC before.

just press the ridges in the blue clip , and pull it out
