DIC flickers

I have a 2002 gtp. My battery is brand new and my alternator is good still. I'm steady at 13.5 volts. Sometimes at night my DIC flickers from bright to a bit dimmer. Idk what the deal is but it worries me like there is electrical problems. The body has 194k. Motor has 80k if that matters

When its flickering try turning the blower motor on speeds 1-3 and to off and see if it makes it flicker more or if it when turned off makes it stop

Well my car lost all power when I turned it on 5 the other night

when mine did that, it was a bad headlight switch

Turns out it was my battery connection. A battery terminal was striped
