DIC doesn't work at all.

The DIC on my 2000 GP GT doesnt work at all nothing works. The Trac still works but that is it. I bought one from the junk yard and tried it to but it didn't work either. I was reading up earlier to check the bulbs so i'm gonna do that. Is it common for the DIC just to stop working completely. This hasn't worked the whole time i've had the car.

Update: I checked the bulbs and one was bad and the rest were good. I checked all of the fuses and they were good also. Any ideas???

i havent figured mine out yet. i need to check and see if there is power going to the dic. i thought about getting a new one but dont want to waste the money if it doesnt fix it.
