Diagnostic port not working

I have 98 gtp just put a zzp ecm in don't know if this has anything to do with my problem. Check engine light is on I plug both my scanners in and I get an err. every time what could be wrong petty sure my light is on for a miss fire..Any help would be great

Check your cigarette lighter fuse.

Replace it. That's most likely why your obdii port doesn't work.
