dead battery?

2001 Gtp, I think my battery is done for. the car has been sitting for 2 weeks. I tried to start it this morning and it wouldn't start, acted like the battery was dead. I used the other car to go to work, and now I'm home. I put the charger on it, it showed 100% so I tried to start it, and it wouldn't start again, put the charger back on and the battery charge showed 25%. temperature is 20ish degrees.
 


Try warming up the battery, bring it inside and set it next to the heater.

If it still won't hold a charge, then it's dead. If it does hold a charge, I would suggest getting either a battery heater, or a new battery.
 
if I could push it into the garage by myself I would, but that's not going to happen. we'll see if it will start after I let it charge again.
