Daytime Running Lights

I have an 08 grand prix base. I was wondering if it is possible to swith the daytime running lights from the headlights (where they currently are) to the amber turn signal lights like some earlier models have. It's not too big of a deal but I'm just curious to see if it is possible because I think it looks better with the amber turn signal lights as the daytime running lights instead of the regular headlights.
 


Just turn on your turn signals and leave it there. The chimes will go off but after 5 min or so they shut off.
 
Ya but then the tail lights are on also. I would rather not have those on if it's possible. Is there somehow to wire it or program it to have the signals on?
