Dashboard lights problem???? Anyone can help me plz???

This only started to occur after i drove in the rain.At night the head lights would come on automatically,the dash lights, radio lights would come on too.After a few minutes or so the dash and radio lights would dim then shut off then turn back on. But when i turned on the high beams the dash/radio lights would stay on and would not flicker or dim.Did anyone ever have the same problem or know how to fix the problem?? I could really use your help. thanks

I do not know the answer but my wife's gage cluster does the same thing, only on the left side though.

My gage cluster does that same thing on the left side too.

I would start by checking the voltage to em. Could be possibly cutting out or shorting
