Dash/steering wheel lights, tail lights not working, headlight chimes stays on HELP!

Hello, I am new to the forum and need help please. I have a 2000 Grand prix gt and have run into a problem recently. One day all of a sudden the chime for leaving the headlights on started dinging with the key out and the headlights off. Also, the instrument panel lights do not work, the steering wheel lights do not work, and the running tail lights do not work. The only thing that lights up in the car is the DIC. Fuse #37 (park lamps) under the hood was blown, tried replacing it and it blew immediately again. Tried replacing the headlight switch, fuse blew right away again. Can someone help me out with this problem????? Thanks
