Dash Lights, Radio Display out on 2005 Grand Prix

The red lights on the dash that are around the gauges are out on my 2005 grand prix. The radio display is also out, and it started to fade and show half of the display before it went out completely. The dimmer does not work either as well as the gear shift lights and door lights (where the window controls are). The Windows, radio, and everything are functioning as they should, but the lights do not. The Mileage and Date Display above the radio, check engine lights, turn signal, and bright symbol on the dash all work. I do not believe it is any of the fuses, I went through and tested a lot of them. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Any help is appreciated.
 


Check the 10A fuse labeled PK LP. It is located in the smaller fuse panel at the end of your dashboard passenger side front seat. This fuse would be more accurately labeled as "The fuse that controls parking lamps AND all interior lighting that is dimmable".
