Dash Lights Got Out Warning Chime Comes On But Car Stays Running

When Starting Car (98 GTP) And Or Opening Driver Or Passenger Door Dash Lights Go Out, heater Shuts Off, Warning Chime Comes On, The Door Unlock Program That I Set Goes Back To Default Setting, and Hud And Dic Goes Out But Car Stays Running, Then Everything Comes Back On in About 2-4 Seconds On Random Occasions.
Is It Possibly The BCM? Any Ideas On How To Determine The Cause?
