Dash light and Heads up display won't work on 97 Grand Prix GT

I bought the car used and when i first got it, both the heads up display and dash light worked. Now all the other lights on the dash work, like the low fuel, turn signals, abs light, etc. Just at night the dash won't light up. Any idea what the problem could be? All the other interior lights work. I checked all the fuses under the hood and glove box, all were good.​
 


Hud is likely the photocell... look in the how to section for dim hud. or search on my name and "e a s y" without the spaces.
 
As far as the dash lights, It may sound stupid, but have you checked your rotary dimmer switch, that its not turned all the way down. That one snuck by me once and took me about an hour of trouble- shooting to figure that one out. For the hud, i'd agree with BillBoost on that one.
