Darwin Award Issued Today

Ok, I'm at work right now. And someone has just received the Darwin Award. Someone who I don't know is parked out on Crystal Drive in Arlington, VA at a meter. They drive I'm not sure which trim level, but it is a SLK 2 seater Mercedes. But it has been pouring rain, and they have their top down. That's all here is a picture from my office window. Not the greatest picture, but it just shows you how stupid this person was.
