Cylinder Head Resurfaced, What else?

I'm getting my cylinder head pressure tested and resurfaced (as i think it's the cause of my coolant leak and white smoke from the exhaust). Should I have anything else done to head? Valve job etc?

I have a 2003 Grand Prix SE, with 90,000 miles. Thanks.
