Cylinder #3 misfire on 1999 Grand Prix GT

Hey so i know there are alot of posts on this particular problem but hear is mine the only time that this problem occurs is when i step on it and let my GT fly haha so idk what it could be its runs beautifully other wise any guesses on why it does that when i put the hammer down?
 


the farthest i have taken my car was 92 and its in between 80 and 92 is when the light comes on didnt look at the rpms i mean it is bone stock
 


yeah me to i plan on building the car kinda getting tired of the hondas you know? any suggestions on what i should do with the car?
as far as what should put in it
