cupholders 96 grand prix

I got my new 96 GP SE yesterday, and it's a great little car for the money, but the cupholders......what the hell kind of cups did they think people used? Shot glasses?



Is there anything that can be done about these horribly undersized cupholders or am I SOL?
 


those semi circular indents in the plastic that, if occupied with even the smallest cup, would keep you from putting the car in park :D
 
Seriously? That makes infinitely more sense than two micro cupholders.


Anyone find a remedy for this? ie: cupholders that mount elsewhere?
