experiencing a creaking noise in the steering wheel but only while i am turning left. i have topped up the power steering fluid and that did not solve the problem. it seems to be worse at lower speeds but i can hear it while driving fast also. it doesn't need to be turned very much either just a slight bit to the left and that does it. i can feel it in the steering wheel when it does it but the noise is the major problem that's bugging me. If anyone has any idea what is wrong i would greatly appreciate it. I just recently had the Iss replaced and it still continues to make the noise, it got better after changing it but still there, the gm mechanic told me he had no idea what it was, and that i should just leave it, they tightened the steering rack and he said everything looks fine but i really wanna know what's doing it
