Crap 91 (Tech 1 question)!!!

I have a 1991 grand prix. The car has a no start/extremely hard start situation. I have spark, and fuel pressure at 45 psi. Basically I have a tech one and going through the diagnosis, (no codes of course...) the only reading that is weird is the fuel temp reading. I don't think there is a fuel temp sesnor. Well anyways the reading starts at -51° and then with the key in the on position will slowly clime up to 151°. When you crank the engine it drops back go -51° and restarts the clime. With the car running, the signal does the same thing but when you accelerat the signal drops back to -51° . Does this mean anything?! Any help would be awesome
 


Hmmm I've done that.. what's the chances the part was defective haha? But I need some more replies! Come on guys!
