Cradle bolts?

I am going to check my cradle bolts for tightness. As I went to do it I thought I should ask you all how to do it. Any chance of me stripping it out? Do I need to hold a nut above the bolt to get it to tighten? Stupid questions but well that's what us noobs ask. My repair doesn't say anything about it. Thanks!
