Cooling fans always on?



Well a/c is as off as I can get it, but the HVAC controls aren't functioning the way they should, at least 2 fan speeds don't work. The a/c is empty, it has been since she bought it, would disconnecting the pressure switch and/or compressor do the trick? Coolant temp seems to read okay if not a little on the low side on the dash, but does it send seperate signals out or just one that splits?
