Cooling fan

Trying to change my cooling fan and after I got it out and went to replace it with a new fan, the plug-ins for the fans are in different spots. I'll attach a photo of the fans my car had, my question is are these original fans some custom thing?

Is it some goofy fan my car came with? I have no idea why the previous owner wouldn't just get one that at least goes back in like an OEM.

It's just odd that the auto parts store had them flipped sides, I ordered another set thinking it was a manufacturing issue but there is also the number 1042825g on the original one. I returned the other fans.

I might just have to make them longer but that just seems ridiculous, this should not be much of a project.

Ok, this is probably a stupid question but the two motors are different size, (one ac fan and one regular) won't it then run on the AC fan all the time and henceforth burn out quicker?

both fans turn on with the ac. both of my fans turn on for temp. never seen just one work ever.

wire em up and dont over think things.
