I just bought a '95 Grand Prix 3.1L and the previous owner said that the coolingfans quit turning on so he jumped the relay for it and just used a switch to turn it off and on when he drove it. only problem is that im afraid that im going to forget to either turn it on and overheat the engine or forget to turn it off and run down the battery. im hoping it's just the relay but any help on what i should inspect would be appreciated.
