cooling fan stage on temps

At what temperatures should the cooling fan #1 click on? and at what temp should the cooling fan #2 click on?

Yesterday it was a heat wave here, 94F and both fans were running but my engine temp at hot idle was at 214F and would drop down as the car moved. Is that too high?
