Coolant Leaking Bad!

I searched, but didn't find anything on this. I was sitting at a stop light today when I heard the telltale pop of a radiator hose splitting, then saw the cloud of steam from under the right side of the hood.

When I got home, (just a couple miles), I popped the hood and checked it out. Well, the hoses seem alright, but it looks like coolant spewed out of a port just below the overflow hose to the reservoir. The driver's side has a hose connection in that location, but the passenger's side has nothing except what looks like a port of some sort with nothing in it.

This is on a 2004 GP GT with 121K miles.

Is this the source of my leak? I can't find any reference to it in the Haynes book and don't want to take it to the shop unless I have to.

Any help?

Anybody?

Bueller?

Anybody?

Correction to last post:

I checked that "port" again, and it's just a round depression in the plastic fan shroud. I doesn't lead to anything, and there is no opening in it where coolant could escape.

Which puts me at square one: where is this leak coming from? Both hoses are fine. I can't see any reason for the leak unless the radiator core itself has a hole in it.
