Control lights out, heater arrow and heated seat light out.

I have a 2005 GXP. The temp up button on the DS and the heated seat button backlights it out. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Yes. The heated seats still work. Anyone know how to get to those lights? I called the dealership and they said that they are not bulbs. They said it is a couple of LEDs on a boad and the whole module needs to be replaced.

What do you guys think about that?
 
usually with LED's its a loose wire more than anything. and boards don't go bad usually. just components on it... but idk if you can get to it take a picture and show us.
