Control Arms

Got the right struts installed today and control arms and the sway bar link kit is hitting the tab on the control arms ??

Remove the tab, you do not have that style sway bar.

The tab is for the 97-03 sway bar and like 06-08.

or get the good sway bar that uses them holes on the lca's.

so pissed the parts store sold me some wrong parts could I still use those arm if I cut that tab off then ??

yup, lop em off with a cut off wheel, saws all, grinder with a thin disk, what ever ya got.

Your fault for not seeing the problem though.

It's not really the wrong part, it does bolt straight into the car. It's that 2 years have different sway links.

Hit the exposed metal with some paint to prevent rust.

It's more like 2 1/2 years of different sway links, early 06 cars still have the 04/05 style links.
