I just ordered my N* t/b with LQ4 MAF and now i need a filter. Does anyone know the dimensions of the filter so I can order it?

I am pretty sure the LS1 is the same size...I use a cheapo filter from Advanced Auto Parts...the Spectre Filter...best damn air filter I have ever had...flows better than K&N, AEM, and of course stock :p

It comes with removeable rubber inserts so you can make the size of the filter smaller or larger...go pick one up I think mine was around $20-$25...really cheap and good quality too...
 
Both sides of the LQ4 are about 3.75 inches. I was not sure how you were planning on running everything so that's the best advice I can give you.
 
I want to join the open-cone club. I had one of those spectre filters on my series 1 riv, I think it was $15 awful-zone sale, after spending all this money on my motor, i might as well get the most over-priced filter to go with it :p. I was thinking AEM or amsoil.
 


I ended up ordering a 4x5" aem filter. The 4" opening seems to slip over the LQ4 maf on the LS2 GTO's, so i don't see why it wont work for mine.
