Code P0141 ???

My SES lit up yesterday and I went to AutoZone to have the code read. It's P0141 which the test box said was a bad oxygen sensor, bank 1, sensor 2. I believe that there are 2 oxygen sensors on my car and if so, I was wondering which one this was and where is it located? I don't want to spend the $70 replacing the wrong one.
If I don't get around to replacing it for a week or so, will it hurt to drive the car with this defective O2 sensor? Will it make the engine run rich or lean or anything?
My car has 110,000 miles on it and am wondering also whether a bad catalytic convertor can make the sensor fail?

Thanks for any help you can give me on this....

Sensor 2 is the post cat sensor. Yes a bad cat can set it off. No it wont really hurt anything you might run a little rich.

Thanks. Question: I have heard that this O2 sensor is a real PITA to change. Do I need a special O2 socket to do it? Can it be done without dropping the exhaust?

Not that hard. Get the 02 sensor socket set from auto zone for like $17. Then get an extension and breaker bar and take it out.

Just get rid of the U-Bend and put a o2 sim in there. Done...AND better MPG's and performance than before.

Just so I am clear on this....the O2 sensor in question is the one that's screwed into the top side of the "U" bend between the cat and the resonator? I assume the cat is the first component in the exhaust closest to the engine and the resonator is the one behind the cat connected to the cat with a "U" bend pipe?
Thanks again...
