Code P0141 on and off?

Hey everyone, a few weeks ago my CEL came on so I took it to AutoZone to have it read and it was giving a P0141 code. I ordered the oxygen sensor to replace it and of course now the past couple days it has been off. Why would that be? Does it still need replaced or does it just have a bad connection or something? Also, driving on the highway today my coolant light came on for like 30 seconds then shut back off. Not sure why that would be either. Thanks in advance for any help.
