Clunking noise over bumps

I just replaced my struts and top plates, i also have anti pogo washers and lowered on B&G springs. Whenever i drive on little tiny bumps where theres a bunch such as gravel roads i get that clunk noise coming from the fronts and sometimes rears.

What is this normally caused from because i have tightened the things like crazy, spun them around done everything and the clunk never goes away :confused:
