"CLUNK" suspension noise when i step on it?

Alright i have been having this problem for a month or two. When i am driving and put it to the floor there is one loud clunk as the front end picks up. If i roll on the gas there are multiple clunks in quick succession. I just replaced the struts hoping it would be the problem but it didnt fix it. Anyone know what this might be?

need to know more. mod history?
when i am moving at a constant speed it doesnt happen, so bumps in the road arent whats causing this. it will sometimes do it when i back out of the driveway with my wheel cranked. and i have a 3.5 pulley and supporting mods

higher flow mufflers.. haha.. we won't get into that. but i would check that.. when i installed my headers my downpipe was hitting the floor when i would gun it. ended up just flipin stock motor mounts and that was enough to keep it from hitting.. but that's on 2003.. don't know how much differnet the newer ones are. but if flippin mounts is as easy for yours i'd try that.. unless your positive it's not the exhaust

well l've had this exhaust for quite a while. and this clunk doesnt sound like it could be that. thanks

Ive got a 2004GTP and it does the same thing....i was told that it could be a bad motor mount,,,,weather or not thats true i dont know but it does make sence

Check your lower control arm bushings, the larger one.

If the larger one separates from the metal can, it hits the craddle and clunks at times.

yeah man, check the dogbone mounts and the other motor mounts. i got the poly mounts for the dogbones and it greatly reduces engine tilting. now my d/p from my headers are hitting floorboard, fun!

it turned out to be a "loose radius bar" that what the shop i took it to said (this was a couple months back btw. i tightened it and now its just fine. This may help someone out in the future

I have a bad clunk when I put mine in reverse and do a quick back up but thats the only time it happens. I think a bad motor mount but Id like to know where this radius bar might be.

Thats funny that you would ask about this now. My car has recently developed a clunk when it is put into reverse, it sounds like a mount to me too. So since my radius bar is tight i know this is not it. The radius bar is more of a clunk that happend when i turned the wheel or accelerated heavily never happend in reverse. Let me know if you figure it out
