Clicking or vibration noise from supercharger area- (Video)

The car does not get driven that much, but I noticed this strange noise driving home the other day. Initially I thought it was something that got caught under the front of my car (like a plastic bag flapping at speed), as it was a steady sound that changed with vehicle speed.

In the video the noise is audible just after giving a bit of throttle. I hear it at the start, 10 sec and 19 sec mark.

take the sc belt off, then snap the sc pulley back and fourth, your feeling for play in the shaft. if thats tight. take the other belt off, spin all the pulleys by had, make sure they spin smoothly. you can also fire the car up for a minute, belts off, if the sound is still there its internal.

Will you feel play if the coupler is worn? I've got a faint rattle, and read that's typically the cause but never dug into it yet.

Well, pulled off charger belt, no play at all in pully. Put belt back on, and I can't get the noise to come back driving around for 30 minutes.

Will have to keep an ear our for it.

maybe you got a bad idler or tensioner pulley. did you spin them 2 when the belt was off? if they feel gritty its bad for sure.

Just replaced both in the past couple years, so were fine as well. I swear the sound was coming from the snout region so will keep an ear out for it again.
