Cleaning the IAC, MAF and throttle body

Can anyone give me the 'For Dummies' version of how to clean the MAF, IAC and throttle body? I just bought a 1991 Grand Prix GTP 3.4L V6 and a few days after I got her she started stalling. I had new wires and plugs installed but that didn't help, she stalled again.
