Cleaning injectors yourself?

Since I've got most of the engine apart right now, I'm replacing a few parts that I already have. I did however decide not to do the cam etc. but being that my car is right at 150k miles on it, I'm going to go ahead and slip on a new timing chain, and dampener just to be on the safe side, and so I won't have to do this tear down again in 50k miles. I'm doing massive amounts of cleaning during all this tearing down etc. already found where the LIM gasket was starting to fail, and strangely enough the gasket under the supercharger looked odd, either like it wasn't positioned properly or had started to fail itself. Anyways to make a long story short, I'm replacing the top and bottom orings on the injectors as most people on here suggest in the forums. But I was wondering if there's anyway to actually clean the injectors myself? Also I'll be posting the cam and related stuff for sale in the next couple of days, so look for it if your wanting a X-P Hot cam. Thanks for any help

Oh forgot to ask this question, I remember there being a big stink about the timing chains back in the day, some failing etc, I ordered mine from zzp back in feburary 2009, any idea which timing chains were affected???
