i used crc tb cleaner and it said not to use on supercharged/turbo engines but figured it wouldnt matter so i cleaned it anyways

we waited till it dried then started up the car and it died after a few seconds and havent been able to start it since. i checked the tb a day ago and it was pretty wet all over so i let it dry for 10 hours and still wont start

maybe one of the sensors on the tb is bad? i only removed the maf sensor when i cleaned it, and apparently all the dirt collected where that spring thing is so i cleaned it with electrical cleaner

its a 99 regal gs

Try unplugging the MAF and see if it'll start. Our cars have a basic Speed density tune that'll let them run without a MAF. Won't run the best but it'll still get you from point A to point B.

Sounds like a big vacuum leak. Sure you put the TB gasket on the right way?

If not...try the unplugging the MAF like mentioned...if it runs unplugged...then you got a bad MAF

i unplugged the maf and car still didnt start
but the gasket is broken at the bottom.. hopefully its that

sounds like its not getting fuel
