Chrome Wheels/Tire Monitoring System

Place I got my car a few weeks ago decided to swap out the chrome wheels on my '08 for one on an '07 because one of mine was scuffed bad and they couldn't repair it. One of the new wheels seems to be like pocked or something, I'm a little disappointed. You have to be fairly close to see it but I know it's there, will wax help that?

But I'm getting an warning about the tire monitoring system. I tried to reset it by following the manual but it's still on. Any tricks? The book says to turn car into the "on" position, press lock/unlock until horn sounds. Then go around and let air out of the tires until horn beeps. When all four have honked then turn car to "off" position and then check tires to make sure they all are at the right air pressure.

Thoughts/suggestions are welcome please!!
