Choosing the right PAC aux input adapter

Hello all this is my first time posting to the grand prix forums. I just bought a 2006 grand prix the other day and I love it! That aside, I have been doing a lot of research around these forums as well as around the web and I am trying to figure out which PAC aux input adapter I need to hook an ipod up to my car.

I have a 2006 Grand Prix with the factory monsoon system with the in dash 6-disk changer.

I am trying to figure out if I need the AAI-GM12 or the AAI-GM24

I am not sure if anyone has experience with using either of these adapters. If so can you please share your expertise.
