So I just assumed that Chislic was common but I found out recently that it is pretty much a South Dakota thing. Has anyone else on here ever had it? It's pretty legit.

Also, Rocky Mountain Oysters, the original sac lunch. Anyone ever had some swinging beef?
 


Chislic, deep fried lamb, beef or deer. Great stuff. Google rocky mountain oysters if you don't know what they are.
 


Cube up some meat and throw it in a deep fat fryer. Sprinkle with some garlic salt when they are done and eat.

RMO's arent bad once you get past the fact that you are eating balls.
