The wife just told me her 05 gtp compg has the check engine light on. I checked the gas cap... Any ideas besides the 65.00 dianogistic chg. from the dealership??
 


Autozone if they wont do it free rent the scanner and do it ur self
Or like on craigslist in the auto services section
I believe pep boys also does them free
 
Thanks! I'll check out Auto Zone. Do they codes get specific ? Or is it a general emission problem... O2 sensor, cat....
 
it will be a po code and then you check the book or google it its not 100% specific but will get you in the ball park and remember the o2 sensor is the most over changed sensor in a car
