Hey guys. I'm brand new to the site, although I've owned a GP GXP since 05. (Actually looks just like the one above). Anyway, My check engine light came on yesterday, I pulled the code, and it said Cyl 1 misfire (Wire, plug, coil, injector etc). I'm just looking to pick brains to see if anyone else had this common problem.
The more I talk about these cars, I'm realizing things that I had to replace early on were not my fault (Rotors at 15k, belts ripped off at about 8k, hubs gone at about 12k.)
It has 50k on it now, and has a vibration that feels like the wheels are out of balance, and I know they're not) New tires. Constantly feels like car is going over little bumps) At this point I'm thinking it might be bad axle's. But this is a completely separate issue than the check engine light.
Any help with any or all of this is appreciated. I still love the car, but want to get these problems fixed asap!!
