Chat limit reached for 24 hour period?

Maybe some of the guys from the chat will see this lol. So tonight was my first time using the chat, and once I got to my 50th post (found that out from my profile) a popup appeared saying something like "you have reached the maximum number of chats for your usergroup for a 24 hour period".

Is this normal? how long will this stay in effect? will I be limited to 50 chats a day?

Would really like to get back on the chat, there's some funny people to talk to here ^_^.

log out, log in, clear cookies, clear cache, did nothing. different browser, same issue. I guess I broke the chat. :\
 


apparently you're a little more active than most new members.

keep with it, that limit will be removed at some point. i don't know when.
 
Yeah, when? I want to chat more than 50 times per day. Is it because I'm a "SE level member"? How do i get to "i live here"?
