Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

Changing the guage lights

Haven't tried those particular ones, but the bulbs behind the gauge cluster are just twist out and twist in #194's and #74's. But there is a red film between the gauge cover and bulbs that produce the factory red. If you're trying to change the color, you will need to remove that film. If that's the case, its way easier to just get a gauge overlay. If you're wanting to keep the factory color and just brighten it up, I would get some 194's and 74's from superbrightleds.com. They will be much cheaper than 60 bucks.

Is there a easy way to remove the red film? I'm looking to do some great mods to the car but starting with this one since its so cheap.

all i can say is ebay bud, i searched for this black faced one for ever, there is a million white ones and litterally one black face, so happy hunting.

I had that black one. Like he said, there were so many white ones but finding the black one is difficult. One will eventually pop up on Ebay, just keep browsing the Web and your bound to find one eventually
