Changing the color of my instrument panel (speedometer and such)

First I want to know if i'm in over my head. I have a 2002 grand prix and I want to change the crappy red lights which I hate to Blue (using LED's) I have already started changing up my window controls, Hud, and Fog light switch but, now, My goal is to change everything that is red and turn it blue! The thing i'm stuck on is the instrument panel and before I start I just want to know a little bit about it :th_biggrin2: thanks for anyone who helps!!
 


There is a wiring guru on CGP that did it...a few people have done it. I'd google search it. Might try searching it here too.
