CD Player Probs

I just put the stock radio back in [idk how long it'd been out or anything as I just got the car] and the cd player will take a cd just fine but then it sounds as if it's skipping a couple tracks and then ejects it and gives me this error code 20 I'm assuming as seen in the pic below:

Any ideas what to do? I tried putting one of those discs in that clean the laser reader but it won't even play it for it to do it's job. Sooo. :(
