all they do is up the voltage to reg bulbs.
I had their regular bulbs they looked nice but hardly any light on the road.
And as far is i remember they went under couple years ago
 
I know they just up the voltage from 12 to 15. Im thinking about buying this system but am just wondering if people thought it is worth buying or if it really works.
