well i went to court today for my MUI and i was hesitant about my lawyer cause he called himself "the magic lawyer" cause he does magic and whatnot but in the end he made it disappear! just $100 court fee and its gone! much better than probation and a $300 fee plus probation fees! :th_rockon2:
 


great man. i used to live in virginia, they got some stupid laws up there, first month i was there i got reckless driving for goin 80 in a 65(anything over 80 is wreckless there, regardless of speed limit), came with a mandatory 90 day sentence, judge was only gonna make me do a week, so i appealed, pretty much said(in a proffesionall manner) its bs that ur gonna send me to jail for my first ticket ever, and stick me next to actual criminals. and the jail was waved. big ol $500 fee tho.
 
for your first ticket!!?? and that only 15 over! both of mine were 19 over and i only got fines. thats good you got the court time waved though. i never realized how many pleas they take till today. this one guy walked in with a DUI, 25 over, and possession less than an ounce and got it knocked down to reckless driving and just got probation!
 
yea dude, its pretty crazy the way they do stuff these days. where i grew up most of the speed limits were always 70-75, went to virginia, 4-5 lane road each side, speed limit is 55 in most places, never gets above 65. freakin RIDICULOUS!!!, also in like july of 07, virginia passed new laws for fines and stuff, basically a speeding ticket is $150 fine, just for the ticket, i think $10 maybe $20 per mph over, and some BS state fee of like 300 bucks, if your a citizen of the state. i wasn't so i guess u could say i caught a break. judges up there are major A$$holes too. way worse then anywhere else.
 
yeah they just passed a state fee here of $200 for anything over 65 on top of the normal ticket. seems like youre being charged twice for the same crime. its complete BS!
 
whatever they can do to make a quick $. and all that extra money doesn't even go to fix roads or nothing. just goes into whatever ever account for the the politicians to get rich off of.
 


hell yeah we are! ill see what i can do later. right now i gotta go buy a sub and amp with all the money i saved!! :th_dancingbanana:

a road trip would be nice. but i have no leave time to take lol and we go on deployment in a month, so we workin stupid hours. like this weekend sat and sunday 7am to 7pm, and only 2 flights the whole weekend
 
i have a 900w sony class D amp if you cant find anything. also have a bandpass box with 2 dual speakers in it but i dought you will want that.

id probably take the amp depending on how much you want for it. i mean if you wnat to give it to me ill gladly take it! :th_biggrin2: but the duals ill pass on. let me know how much you want for it.
 
well just to let you know i cant blow the duals with the amp and i have it all the way turned up. they are cheap but there holding in there. and the amp has blown a few cvr's.

150 for amp and campasiter. the cap is in my buddies car so i would have to check and see what kind it is.
 
thanks but im gonna have to pass. im trying to go as cheap as i can without buying some sony xplod crap. im looking to spend ~$200 total. they say it cant be done but damnit i guarantee you i can! lol im just gonna have to get luck and come across a steal on craigslist or ebay.
