car wouldnt start other day

So I got in my car to go to school the other morning and nothing worked, my alarm wouldnt disarm with the remote, I got in, tried to turn it on and it didnt turn over. Alarm started going off and I got it to go off and tried a few more times and it would just click. Took a different car to school, came home at lunch and it turned over on the first try and its started the first time ever since. Any ideas? It also has done something similar before/recently, guages would act up and everything would just shut down and not turn over for a few tries. Possibly a starter? Im gonna take it to the shop tomorrow to find out exactly whats up but Im just curious what you guys might think is going on.

I was gonna sell the thing because of alll the stuff Ive had to deal with and my rusted out strut towers but decided not to and to just deal with it lol its a bit of a lemon

It was also pretty cold that morning if that matters

Any corrosion built up on the battery terminals. My wifes sebring did something similar and positive battery terminal was covered in corrosion. Cleaned it up with a wire brush and some coke. Been good ever since.
 
its a fairly new battery but ill check it out, also it seems like when it turns over its a little weak if that makes any sense
