Car wont start

everything electrical works fine, and when i turn the key it all turns on, but the engine doesnt turn over at all. it was fine yesterday, but i went out this morning and it just didnt turn over. the battery is fully charged and everything, i couldnt jump it at all. any suggestions?
 


When you turn the key do the lights go dim inside the car? Sounds like it is an electrical problem. check the battery connections and starter conections.
 
nope, i eliminated the starter, battery, and fuses. turns out its the neutral safety switch. is that part a hassle to change?
 
Wow. That one sliped my mind. Don't here to much of that going out. As for changing it, i'm not sure right now where it would be located on your car. I'll see what I can find.
 
I fiund a write up in my Haynes repair manual, but it would be kind of tedious to type out. See if you can get a manual from the auto parts store. It will give you step by steps and a few pictures of what the parts look like. Doesn't seem like it is going to be to hard, just a little time consuming.
